I have two pet shih tzus, Tito and Peluche, who are kept in semi-long coats.  Until I found Mike, I was starting to get quite desperate about finding a dog groomer who would listen to me and have the ability to keep my dogs true to their breed.

I had been to four other dog groomers, who had completely messed up their coats.  They had clipped and cut away chunks of hair when I had specifically told them not to clip as this can cause the hair to curl rather than to be straight. I have to say that since I have been going to Mike, they just look better and better each time I collect them.  The mess that other groomers made is starting to be corrected and I am really happy with the service and standard. 

My boys also enjoy being there and on one occasion when I went to collect them, Peluche came running to me but there was no sign of Tito.  I asked where Tito was and he was upstairs on the sofa asleep.  He was so content that he made himself at home! I am extremely fussy when it comes to my dogs but I can honestly say that I don't think I could find a better team to look after my boys than Mike and Mo.

"I  am a 3 year old "timid" Siberian Husky who loves shedding his coat!!..........so I have visited Mike and cClassie grooming, in Brook Street (Chester, Cheshire), 3 times now, and am due to be groomed again.
 
My coat is VERY thick so Mike has a big job on his hands. The first time I was groomed my owner returned to pick me up and the whole room was like a fog with my fur stuck to everyone and everything ha!......... Amazingly Mike had me looking beautiful and managed to thin my coat out and i was a fluffy as a bear!!!
 
I have tried other groomers but Mike is the most professional, friendly and caring groomer in the North West. Very reasonable price too so my owner tells me........can't wait to go to see him again"

A dog bath is not just a quick rinse.  The dog is thoroughly shampooed and conditioned with a relaxing massage.  There is a good sized yard where the dogs can play or relax in the sun while waiting to be collected.
 
Mike is always happy to give advise on any questions I have about the well being and care of my dog.  I can leave my dog at the salon knowing he is in a safe enviroment with people who truly care about dogs and being thoroughly pampered"
